The Ohpaho Band Parents Association meets (virtually and in-person) throughout the school year to discuss fundraising initiatives, review finances, plan activities, and support opportunities for student musicians.​​Regular meetings are open to all members, and band families are encouraged to attend, share ideas, and stay informed about Association activities.​

Regular meetings of the Ohpaho Secondary School Band Parents Association are generally held on the third Thursday of each month from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Meetings may be rescheduled as required to accommodate school events, concerts, holidays, or other Association activities.​
