Meetings
The Ohpaho Band Parents Association meets (virtually and in-person) throughout the school year to discuss fundraising initiatives, review finances, plan activities, and support opportunities for student musicians.
Regular meetings are open to all members, and band families are encouraged to attend, share ideas, and stay informed about Association activities.
Proposed 2026–2027 Meeting Schedule
A proposed meeting schedule for the 2026–2027 school year will be discussed and considered at the Founding Meeting on June 11, 2026. The current proposal is to hold monthly meetings from October through May, with the Annual General Meeting (AGM) taking place each May.
